Last night was brilliant - Ambre Hammond’s Launch of her new album Reverie` - such a great recording.. Honestly this girl is amazing, she has one of the best recording’s in the world of Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto No 3.

Some of the other great guests were the musically astounding James Morrison, Mr. Lovely Leo Sayer, musical theatre wizz and new lead in Jekyll & Hyde OS Belinda Wollaston,  singer songwriter Matt Hall - such a great night, we all ended up jamming.  Ended up at Piano Room watching an amazing guy play all my favourite covers.  Need to sleep now, had enough Champagne to sink a ship

I have been having a bit too much fun lately.  Had a ball singing a very special somebody happy birthday with Mr. Leo Sayer. Geez that man rocks We might even be spending some time together in the studio soon.

And Tuesday evening the wonderful, amazing, gifted, super-talented Ambre Hammond is launching her CD ‘Reverie’. Seriously she has been playing piano since age 3 and is crazy good! I’m stoked to be joining her for this event to sing a track together. Everyone is coming out to see this star, including other performers Leo Sayer & James Morrison.  Make sure you check her out…

Also had a few people ask when we are playing next, well its at Piano Room 17 Wednesday June.

Should be a great night, we are playing before and after the Singer Songwriter comp (keep an eye out in the papers, ya might see a feature), so it will be pumpin. Will be debut-ing some new tracks too. I have a guestlist of only 100, so hit me up on Twitter or Facebook if you want to be on it.

Just a quick update, being doing a few media bits and pieces lately.  I’ll post more when they are in print, but here is one of my favourites last week. This interview was at my place, and here’s a snap from my digi. Such lovely guys and fun day. And I know i sound like a broken record, but I love this Carl Kapp jacket!

So some other stuff coming up is a couple more interviews (one in particular which will be great), radio spots, playing a solo gig this Friday (hit me up on Twitter for details), iTunes launch approachin (perhaps with party attached ;-)). There are some other things that cant mention at the moment, but most importantly heading back into the studio and getting into the album. So excited to be recording some more tracks including Please, Please & Play My Game. And some cool collabs coming up. Lots of cool stuff
