I’m sitting here in my mini-studio musin with ideas - playing at Carl Kapp’s fashion parade but trying to find the perfect song with catwalk potential.

All I can tell you is it will be me, an electric guitar really raw and moody.

On holidays in Perth, taking a much needed rest.

Went along to the Wheels & Dollbaby show, which was fabulous with some of my old Perth homies.

They had a live rock band playing during the show - the musos were fab! I looked a little closer and I recognised Mikey the drummer, we used to play in cover bands together  So had a good catch up after 6 years or so. Hung with the musos for a bit ex-Divinyls & ex-Hoodoo Gurus players.  Saw Tara moss there too

One day I was chillin at the beach, playing some guitar, singing and jammin with my boys.  I love to play outdoors and its nice people come up and say they enjoy it.

I met one particular couple who were loving the vibe. Turns out his name was Carl over from the US for a holiday visiting his girlfriend, and he plays Viola in the Miami Symphony Orchestra.

We’ve been friends ever since.

Man this guy is talented, so lucky to play some gigs with him and record in the studio with him.  If you were lucky enough last year, you might have seen him play at Piano Room with us.

THE GOOD NEWS - he’s back in Australia and coming to play with us at The Supper Club for a few songs.  So please come down and check out my favourite Viola Brother. Some tix still available.
