Now this is my kind of night - hot clothes, french champagne and of course hot clothes!
To celebrate the launch of a wonderful Australian designers store, I was lucky enough to play at the launch event.

You all probably know by that I’m a pretty avid supporter of Oasis Africa.
The other night was the annual ball, which was a great night to raise awareness for a great cause.
Lovely to see Deni Hines, Christine Anu and founder Kim Winter leading the way, as well as paintings from the AMAZING Gabrielle Pool.
Please help if u can www.oasisafrica.net

I’m sitting here in my mini-studio musin with ideas - playing at Carl Kapp’s fashion parade but trying to find the perfect song with catwalk potential.
All I can tell you is it will be me, an electric guitar really raw and moody.
Back to writin!

After taking some time to have fun ad get inspired, it’s back to being creative.
Normally I write a bunch of songs and look back then theme it - but this time, I’m theming then writing.
Here are some photo’s from a recent shoot. Let the pics tell you the story about the sound. The best location, they are demolishing it soon, so we are some of the last to shoot there. So rad.

On holidays in Perth, taking a much needed rest.
Went along to the Wheels & Dollbaby show, which was fabulous with some of my old Perth homies.
They had a live rock band playing during the show - the musos were fab! I looked a little closer and I recognised Mikey the drummer, we used to play in cover bands together So had a good catch up after 6 years or so. Hung with the musos for a bit ex-Divinyls & ex-Hoodoo Gurus players. Saw Tara moss there too

Ok I’m out of bed from sickness - woohoo! And I’d like to thank some of my favourite people. The beautiful Carl, Way & Agustin from Carl Kapp - even brought me flowers as when I was ill at home [cue group sigh - awwww].
More than I love them as people, they are an incredible design team who make clothes I love and wear quite often. They have launch some new parts to their site. Check it out they even wrote about our adventures together
Here’s some of their awesome kit - can’t wait til their Winter collection is out. I’m crashing that party for sure!
